Chad Swan founded Creative Development Solutions in the fall of 2008 to help business owners, entrepreneurs, veterans, and extraordinary individuals turn their big ideas into concrete realities. Originally, the intention was for Creative Development Solutions to act as an umbrella company for my varied and successful businesses, including Perdido Key Concierge and UAV Consulting Group. However, it quickly became clear that the lessons, know-how, and connections Chad Swan developed over decades of experience as a business owner and in the military could greatly help individuals and organizations of all sizes. That is when Creative Development Solutions truly found its purpose; helping business owners turn their dreams into reality.

My Bio
After a multi-decade career in the military as a Marine Aviator and Flight Instructor, I decided that the skills I honed would best be put to use as a business owner and helping business owners. I spent over two decades as a pilot in the Marines, after which I was a commercial airlines pilot. I learned a lot about the importance of planning, logistics, and why the smallest of details matter the most. The success of any operation, whether we are talking about a luxury vacation or a business plan, comes down to preparation and execution.
My 20-year experience as a pilot for the Marines and commercial airlines instilled in me an understanding that perfect planning results in perfect execution. I wanted to share this insight with others. To help hone my skills and their application to a variety of businesses, I earned a BS in Management Sciences and a MS in Management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. I also worked toward a MBA in International Business Development from the University of Iowa. The combination of my extensive schooling and my real world professional experience, makes me a tremendous asset to other business owners. This led me to founding Creative Development Solutions, a business dedicated to helping others with problem solving and logistics.

It is my life mission to handle the details that matter most, as well as the ones that you do not even realize matter.
